We currently have a position available in our support department. As a member of our support team you will assist in dealing with phone enquiries and phone support requests. As a support representative you will be also required to answer our online support tickets. With this role you will be located in our Silverstone office. (Hours Mon-Fri 9am -5.30pm)

A successful candidate will have previous experience in the following areas: (additional training will also be provided)

• FTP
• DNS
• cPanel
• Web Host Manager
• Windows 2003/2008 Server
• Linux
